This is the rhetoric these days, even from the left. They talk about taxpayers and families, and sometimes "everyday people", but I have no idea what the hell that's supposed to me, except I kinda do, and it makes me very angry. It's all about reducing the drain on the system to make it easier for families to look after each other. Sounds a lot like David Cameron's big community bullshit to me.
